Jon DeMoss – Owner, Strength Coach
Jon’s enthusiasm for athletics began at an early age with traditional little league sports. In high school Jon discovered the link between time spent in the weight room and the positive benefit on the playing field. As they often do in sports, however, injuries began to pop-up. Dealing with the frustrations of sports injury motivated Jon to find solutions to common athletic problems – proper athletic training and recovery from aches caused by activity.
Jon attended The University of Texas and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. He continued his professional development by pursuing advanced certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and other specialized organizations within the fitness industry. Armed with a formal education and over a decade of experience, Jon continues to educate athletes to better understand how their bodies work and how to best care for them so they may enjoy healthy participation in an active lifestyle!
Laci Weeks – Strength Coach
Laci graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Performance from Texas State University. Laci’s drive to develop her own fitness level and performance on the golf course motivated her to continue her education and pursue certifications as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM) and Golf Fitness Instructor (TPI). Her mission is to empower her clients to find their inner strength, to teach skills that translate into daily recreational activities, and to make fitness fun!
Laci understands that health and fitness are specific goals unique to the individual. Her goal is help her clients attain their physical performance goals, while gaining confidence and enjoyment from the process of self-improvement.
