You might not be the same age, play for the same team, or even play the same sport as the other athletes training at Synergy Athletic Performance, but each one of our athletes has made the same commitment and everyone understands their reason for being here… to get better! With our skilled trainers motivating clients and members encouraging each other to improve we have created an empowering environment that results in success! Why Train at Synergy? Synergy Athletic Performance continues to provide devoted athletes with the blueprint to improve their athletic performance and stay competitive in their sport. Our staff of strength and conditioning coaches work with you to create an individualized game plan that addresses your needs so you can reach your goals. Our comprehensive training programs follow the best practices to not only decrease the probability of injury related to both performance training and competitive activity, improve athletic skill and sport performance, but also provide an empowering environment that encourages confidence and overall well-being. Synergy Athletic Performance training programs focus on developing the entire athletic skills spectrum. Athletes receive thorough coaching on precise movement patterns that ensure optimal body function, best-practice protocols to build strength, speed and power on top of proper movement, and keen instruction for improving coordination, footwork skills and agility specific to each athlete and the sport they play. Decreasing injury risk potential is our first priority and we take the time to inform athletes on proper warm-up, mobility, and flexibility drills to appropriately prepare the body for training and competition. Most athletes do not understand the impact that off-the-field behaviors can have on performance on-the-field, so Synergy Athletic Performance coaches spend time educating athletes on how proper nutrition and regeneration techniques can improve performance. Training Program Structure? At Synergy Athletic Performance we believe in a systematic approach to developing a complete athlete. Clients are progressed through different phases of their training depending upon their mastery of movements and successful completion of performance checkpoints. Each phase focuses on distinctive athletic qualities that provide the support structure for the subsequent phases. There are no short-cuts or fast-tracks; the only way to move through the phases is to put in the time and effort to work towards your goals. What is the AMP? On your first visit to Synergy Athletic Performance, one of our skilled performance coaches will lead you through our Athletic Movement Profile® to identify the way your body moves through fundamental patterns. The information from our AMP identifies potential injury risk factors and provides the foundation to design your individualized training program to efficiently address any weaknesses, movement dysfunctions, or asymmetries that may be negatively affecting your sport performance. Semi-Private Training? Semi-Private workouts create a fun and dynamic training environment where teammates feed off each other’s energy and encourage one another to get better! Whether it is friendly competition or just having others there to share the challenge, semi-private workouts are a popular, and more cost-effective, training option. Individualized programming designed to address your personal objectives is maintained as training group size is controlled (max= 5 per group) to ensure focused coaching attention and proper weight training technique and safety. Training Package Options? Our training packages allow for 2 or 3 workouts per week, depending on which package you choose to fit your schedule. Our clients will always get results from our training programs, but you can ensure greater improvements more rapidly the more consistent you are with your workouts. Consistency is imperative to maximize the potential benefits of your training program. Training Package Durations? Our training packages require an agreement for 3 months or 12 months. We are committing our expertise, time, and effort towards helping you reach your sport performance goals and we ask for the same level of dedication from you to allow our training system to take effect and improve your game. Payment? When signing up for a 3 month or 12 month training program, you are agreeing to pay a set monthly amount for the entire duration of the training package. To make payments easy for you, we request a credit card on file to allow for automatic debits taken at the beginning of each month of your training package. Payment allows you the opportunity for your chosen number of workouts per week (2 or 3, depending on the selected package), but unused workout sessions DO NOT carry over to subsequent months. All payments are non-refundable. Scheduling? All of our training programs involve working with a performance coach and for this reason we require all clients to schedule appointments. We try to be as accommodating as possible for your busy lifestyle, but be aware that sessions are first come, first served. To schedule workouts, please give us a call at (214) 699-7727. If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please notify your coach 24 hours before your scheduled time so that we may reschedule both you and other clients interested in that appointment time. Any “missed” (skipped or no call/no show) appointments CANNOT be made up.
