Damon Goddard - Founder:
Damon
attended Lee University where he played soccer and earned All-American
and All-Conference player honors three times. Damon earned
his
bachelor’s degree in Fitness and Wellness and is a Certified Personal
Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National
Academy of Sports Medicine. Additionally, Damon is a Level-3
Certified Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance
Institute. Damon currently serves as an Advisory Board member for
the Southern Methodist University Applied Physiology and Sport
Management Department. Damon has positioned himself as one of the
leading
experts in golf performance conditioning and post-rehabilitation and
currently works with a host of PGA, Nationwide, LPGA, and elite junior
golfers. With over 12 years of
experience in the fitness industry, Damon has worked with many golf,
basketball, soccer, and hockey professionals as they bridge the gap
from post-rehabilitation to maximum sports performance. Damon
specializes in golf performance conditioning and has gained notoriety
through speaking at seminars and his writings for sport
publications. Damon’s knowledge of the body and his
experiences
as an athlete and educator give him a unique and effective approach to

Jon DeMoss - Founder:
Jon
is a graduate of the University of Texas where he earned his bachelor’s
degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Sport Management. Jon
holds
the distinction of Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
(CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and
is a USA Weightlifting certified Sport Performance
Coach. Upon returning to Dallas from Austin, Jon
has served as a strength and
conditioning coach helping to improve
the performance of numerous teams and athletes, ranging from grade
school to college age, in a variety of sports. Jon puts into
practice his extensive knowledge base of corrective exercise
strategies, strength and power development, and speed and agility
improvement to enhance the athletic performance of all his
athletes. Jon continues to assert his expertise as a sport
performance coach through seminar presentations and published
writings. By utilizing some of the same principles of sport
performance training, Jon has helped general fitness clients lose fat,
gain strength, reduce joint pain and improve their overall quality of
life.

Laci Weeks - Performance Specialist:
Laci
graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas State University with a bachelor’s
degree in Health and Fitness management and is a Certified Personal
Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
While
attending school, Laci played for the Texas State women’s golf
team. Laci is driven in developing her own skills in golf
fitness and exhibits the same professional attitude with her
clients. She not only understands the game of
golf, but is very knowledgeable about swing biomechanics and other
aspects related to the game. She is also
a
junior golf instructor for North Texas PGA (NTPGA) and Lakewood summer
camps.

Rich Cygan - Performance Specialist:
Rich
attended Eastern Illinois University where he earned his Bachelor's
Degree in Physical Education and a Master's Degree in Exercise Science.
Rich is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through
the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Rich's experience
includes serving as a strength and conditioning coach at Northwestern
University, interning with the Indianapolis Colts, as well as gaining
knowledge of sports medicine working in physical therapy clinics over
the past several years. His diverse background and extensive coaching
experiences have led to a strong understanding of the role of that
proper exercise has on injury prevention and the success of overall
athletic development.

Carly Truitt - Performance Specialist:
Carly
attended the University of Virginia where she earned her Bachelor’s
degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology.
While attending UVA, she played for the women’s golf team. Carly also
interned for the UVA strength and conditioning coaches helping train a
variety of athletes, including Swimming and Diving, Softball, and
Women’s Basketball. Carly is a Certified Health Fitness Professional
through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Level-1 Certified
Golf Fitness Instructor through the Titleist Performance Institute. Her
own experience with elite level junior, amateur, and college golf has
provided her with a strong understanding of the golf swing and the
important role strength training serves in injury prevention and
performance enhancement.

Andrew Banner - Operations Manager:
Andrew
earned his bachelors degree from Methodist University where he studied
business administration. He is currently working towards his Masters in
Business Administration at
Clarion University where he spent a year coaching the women’s golf and
basketball teams as a graduate assistant. Along with his background in
golf and basketball, Andrew holds a
certification as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National
Academy of Sports Medicine. Andrew’s passion is to help his clients
develop their goals and then implement a strategy to accomplish a
healthier and more efficient lifestyle on and off the field.
